Global websites down after outage at Cloud Fastly
Multiple outages hit social media, government, and news websites across the globe on Tuesday morning, with some reports pointing to a glitch at U.S.-based cloud computing services provider ‘Fastly.’ Fastly said it was investigating “the potential impact to performance with our CDN services,” according to its website. Most of Fastly’s coverage areas were facing “Degraded Performance”, the website showed.
Separately, Amazon, Reddit, Guardian, also seemed to be down. Amazon was not immediately available to comment. Down Detector website also shows complaints from multiple users,
Cloudflare
Cloudflare reports problems in the last 24 hours as their server was down. Cloudflare, Inc. is an American web infrastructure and website security company that provides content delivery network services, DDoS mitigation, Internet security, and distributed domain name server services.
Social media app Twitter in also included in global websites down. Twitter also down reports 100% problems from the users over DownDetector.
Mega
Mega or Mega.io which is a cloud storage and file hosting service offered by Mega Limited, is also reportedly down and issues were reported on the website.

Pinterest which is an American image sharing and social media service that enables saving and discovery of information on the internet using images and, on a smaller scale, animated GIFs and videos, in the form of pinboards is also down. Users reported problems in both logging in and on website loading.
Quora
Quora is also reporting problems for hours now. Downdetector reports 83% problems on the website and 16% in login. Quora is an American question-and-answer website where questions are asked, answered, followed, and edited by Internet users, either factually or in the form of opinions.
