American actress, Megan Fox finally files to divorce husband Brian, after having separated from him for a while. The 34-year-old actress made the move on Wednesday. Earlier this year, Green confirmed the pair had split after nearly 10 years of marriage.

The Transformers actor made her split with the 90210 star official on November 25th through court docs filed at the Los Angeles County Superior.

The former couple is parents to three sons, Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6 and Journey, 4. Megan has asked for joint physical and legal custody of her children in the papers while also laying off possibility of her or Brian getting spousal support.

Recently, Megan Fox was seen holding hands with the famous rapper, singer and actor MGK, Machine Gun Kelly, fans speculated that they are now dating, and Megan and MGK confirmed it on their social media accounts after posting pictures.
