Mahira Khan is back on the small screen!

Mahira Khan is finally back on the small screen with Hum TV’s project ‘Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay.’ The novel is written by Umera Ahmed.

Hum TV’s official post reads, “Marking Her Return On Television Screens After Six Years, Pakistan’s Favourite Superstar Mahira Khan Returns as Mehreen in ‘Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay.”

The cast of Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay includes Kubra Khan, Usman Mukhtar, Haroon Shahid, Shamim Hilali, Zainab Qayyum, Huma Nawab, Laila Wasti, Omair Rana, and Others.

Khan talked about her comeback to the small screen on the ‘Telebrations’ show with Ahmed Butt. She said that she had read scripts of a few dramas, and she also read one script of MD Productions.

Adding to everyone’s surprise she revealed that she wants to make a come-back in the dramas hopefully this year and said you would see me coming back into dramas.

Usman Mukhtar has been creating magic on screen with his versatile acting and magnificent on-screen portrayal. Mukhtar will be playing the role of Aswad.

Furthermore, Kubra has also proved her mettle on the small screen and big screen with numerous projects. However, this time she is sharing her screen space with Khan as ‘Mashal.’

The drama is directed by Farooq Rind and produced by Nina Kashif & MD Productions. Even though there are mixed reviews from the audience after seeing Mahira as Mehreen. The people who have read the novel already are confused. However, we are rooting that this drama would become a massive hit for the superstar.
