HSY and Mehwish Hayat for a project

Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, commonly known as HSY, an outstanding designer-turned-actor, and Mehwish Hayat will star in a telefilm together shortly. iDream Entertainment produced the telefilm, which is distributed by ARY. Ahmed Bhatti will direct the film, which was written by Faiza Iftikhar.

The news was shared on Instagram by the famed designer, who has recently broadened his portfolio by acting in Pakistani TV shows and films.

Under a photograph of him and Mehwish Hayat, HSY penned a caption. “I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be acting in my next ARY TV show alongside none other than Mehwish Hayat! iDream Entertainment produced the film.”

HSY also recently appeared in the film ‘Ishrat Made in China’ as an adversary. Master Mangshi was played by HSY in the action comedy flick. HSY had previously participated in the popular drama series ‘Pehli Si Muhabbat.’ Meanwhile, his co-star Mehwish Hayat has been making regular appearances in Pakistani films since the industry’s rebirth a few years ago.

Moreover, President Arif Alvi awarded her the national honour ‘Tamgha-e-Imtiaz’ for her outstanding contributions to the entertainment industry.

Furthermore, in the next film ‘London Nahi Jaunga,’ she will star alongside Hamayun Saeed and Kubra Khan.
