Hera Pheri 3-related reports have occasionally made headlines for a while now. It began when media rumours about Kartik Aaryan and Akshay Kumar joining the franchise spread. Later, it was clarified that nobody is being replaced, rather Kartik would be presented as a completely new character. T-Series has now, in an unexpected change of events, sent a notice to the producers for a very alarming reason.
The movie has begun filming, and just recently, a picture of the leading three of Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal appeared online. Yet the movie was already in peril before it had even finished shooting 50% of it. You did really hear correctly!
Public notice from T-series
The makers of Hera Pheri 3 have received a public notice from T-Series claiming ownership of all audio and visual rights to every song in the Hera Pheri franchise, according to the notice that was published in Trade Magazine. The production business identified itself as “the single and exclusive right holder of all copyright of all” in the notice.

The notice mentions, “Music and Audio Visual Song Rights” of the Franchise Film on all modes, medium and formats (whether existing now and arising in future) throughout the entire world and in perpetuity.”
